Candidates preparing for CLAT 2022 should be aware of the question structure. Knowing about the weightage of each subject helps the candidates in prioritizing these subjects accordingly. CLAT 2022 Marking Scheme

As per the CLAT exam pattern 2022, each question carries one mark. However, for each incorrect answer, there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks.
For unattended questions, there is no negative marking.

Why is it important to practice CLAT 2022 sample papers?

With the new exam pattern, the role of CLAT sample papers has increased manyfold. It completes the candidates' CLAT preparation and makes them ready for the exam day. The importance of CLAT question papers can be understood by the fact that most of the toppers of previous years' solved around 30 to 40 sample papers during their preparation. Nidhi Agrawal, CLAT 2021 AIR 2 told Careers360 that she solved around 100 question papers before she took the exam. She used to solve around 4 to 5 CLAT mock tests in a week and thereby, she was able to increase her accuracy and speed. Candidates can read the guidelines for solving the CLAT question papers below.

Candidates should initially solve around 2 sample papers in a week. The frequency of solving CLAT question papers should be increased to 4-5 per week, in the last one month.
The CLAT sample papers should be solved in an exam like atmosphere, with a running timer. Candidates should solve the paper in one attempt only to get the maximum benefits of solving a sample paper.
Candidates are advised to devise their own strategy of solving the CLAT question paper by practising the sample papers multiple times.
After solving the question paper of CLAT, candidates should analyse the paper to know about the types of questions asked in the examination and their level of difficulty.

Yes, a student passed with science stream in class 12th can appear for CLAT if he scored at least 45% marks in +2 with any stream. Stream is not a bar for appearing in CLAT. If any student have a good critical and analytical thinking can appear assuming the eligibility criterial fulfilled.

can I do CLAT exam after graduation

Hi,

Since 2015, there has been no upper age limit for the CLAT. Nothing technically prevents you from taking the CLAT exam for the combined five-year LLB programme after you graduate. So you can surely do CLAT exam after graduation.

Consider this: With a minimum of three years for your first graduation and five years of integrated law, you'll have spent eight years earning a handful of UG degrees.

If you want to pursue law after graduation, consider enrolling in a standard LLB programme provided by universities to graduate students.
